Otahuna Lodge - Tai Tapu

Indulgent and stylish, this hotel exudes luxury and comfort. the restaurant and bar service were top-notch, boasting an impressive selection of local and international wines and a delicious menu prepared with fresh ingredients from their gardens. the private facilities were heavenly, including the elegant and spacious suites with plush bedding, and towels, and the lavish Spa centre that offered exclusive treatments. the staff was attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring every need was met with the utmost care.

The hotel was a tad isolated from the city, but it offered a serene and picturesque view. the only suggestion is that there could have been more signage on the road leading to the hotel to make it easier to find.

Staff was friendly and food was exceptional. Near the airport, 12 miles. Bed was comfortable. You guys made our stay excellent.

Great meal options, friendly staff, and lovely scenery. the food was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was also breathtaking, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. the hotel offered a great selection of activities to keep us entertained throughout our stay. a nice place to spend Christmas.

Rooms weren't well-maintained, and cleanliness was an issue. Unfortunately, the rooms were not up to par.

The gardens surrounding the lodge were absolutely stunning, with a perfect mix of manicured areas and wild sections. It felt like being in a secret garden. The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were always attentive, anticipating our needs and going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.- The food at the hotel was top-notch. We enjoyed every meal during our stay, and the chef's attention to detail and use of fresh, local ingredients was evident in the delicious flavors.

The price of the hotel was quite steep, and we were a bit shocked when we received the bill. It would have been helpful to have a clearer understanding of the costs beforehand.
